Cancellation

No refund will be granted for tours interrupted at client's own will.
Any order can be cancelled (or altered) only by sending a request at City-Explore.com at the following adress 38, avenue Victor Hugo, asking for a receipt.
Any alteration should be asked at least three days before the service is expected to begin.

Cancellation fees
For any cancellation, the following cancellation fees (with a minimum amount of $5 will be deducted from the refund :

  • more than 7 days before the services begin, 5 % of the overall price
  • between 7 and 3 days before the services begin, 10% of the overall price
  • 2 days before the beginning of the services, 20% of the overall price
  • the day before expected departure, 40% of the overall price
  • the day of departure : no refund
